I attended at a very busy time of year and was incredibly impressed with the customer service, both face to face and follow up contact keeping me appraised of progress. I had an Andamooka opal made into a pendant. The original design was gorgeous, I absolutely loved it and wore it daily. Unfortunately I chipped the opal, I was so devastated, so I decided to take it back and see what my options were. Abby and Ryan were able to save my opal and redesign the setting... end result, I love it even more than the original! Abby and Ryan are so creative and super friendly. The jewellery they make is stunning and I will definately be going back to get more pieces made in the future. This was my first custom made piece, and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experienc

Abby is an incredible designer! She designed a dress ring, pendant and earrings for our 30th wedding anniversary….the dress ring is just incredible! Abby also came up with a beautiful unique design for remodeling my engagement/wedding ring…I love it!! I would throughly recommend MADE designer jewellery. If you are after something uniquely different and incredibly beautiful Abby certainly delivers!

Highly recommend MADE Designer Jewellery. After designing custom engagement rings for me and my partner, I shopped around for a local custom jeweller on the Central Coast, and not only was Ryan the fastest to reply, from his first message I knew that I had found the right place. Ryan was enthusiastic about my design and knew exactly what I wanted. He collaborated with me every step of the way, providing his expertise and knowledge and humour throughout the entire process, as well as regular updates and reassurances on the progress of the rings right up until the moment I held them in my hands for the first time. Having such a personal idea for these engagement rings, and having a hard deadline for an overseas proposal, I felt complete trust in his ability to bring my vision to life, and he did! My rings look EXACTLY how I designed them. Cannot praise Ryan and Abby highly enough.
